Our interventions focus on providing education, improving health outcomes, and fostering economic opportunities to create lasting change in communities.

We operate in the following three key areas:

. Education & Capacity Building

We Promote access to education and vocational training for self-sufficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders (government, NGOs, and institutions) to enhance training quality.Organize workshops and mentorship programs to build leadership and professional skills.

Skills Development and Economic Empowerment

Provide vocational training to enhance employability.
Offer entrepreneurship programs to support women in starting and sustaining businesses.
Facilitate job creation by connecting trained individuals with employment opportunities.

Health and Well-being

Support sexual and reproductive health education and services.
Address other health-related challenges affecting women and communities.
Raise awareness and advocate for supported projects in Switzerland and beyond.

Theory of Change

Our Theory of Change is rooted in the belief that empowering girls and women through skills development, menstrual health advocacy, and economic opportunities drives lasting social transformation. As women and youth gain economic independence, confidence, and knowledge, they become agents of change—dismantling stigma, shaping policies, and advancing gender equality and dignity for all.
